Employment Opportunities for
Paralegals and Attorneys

Finbar F. Dempsey & Company is committed to hiring and retaining the best and brightest attorneys and paralegals.

While the firm gives preference to Turks & Caicos Islanders in employment we are always interested to hear from attorneys and paralegals in other jurisdictions with particular areas of specialization and ability who would be interested in working in the Caribbean.

In order to be admitted to practice as an attorney at law in the Turks & Caicos Islands an individual must have qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (i.e. England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Canada, etc.).   Non Turks & Caicos Islanders are required to have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience outside the islands prior to admission.

Notwithstanding, Finbar F. Dempsey & Company will consider newly qualified solicitors with initiative and creativity for positions as paralegals with the firm.
