• TCInvest, the Government inward investment department was created to facilitate potential developers.  The principal function of TCInvest is to vet development proposals and assist developers in their dealings with Government.  TCInvest has provided an organized framework and guidelines which take the guesswork out of the development process.

• Finbar F. Dempsey & Company has acquired a particular expertise and experience in this area over the years and has successfully assisted some of the larger hotel/resort development groups currently in the Islands.

• The services provided by the firm include advices and guidance in structuring investment/development proposals; liaising with TCInvest, Government Ministers and officials and submission of development proposals; the identification of potential concessions which may be available; resolving planning and zoning issues; and guiding clients through the negotiation process and the drafting of Development Agreements, all of which are imperative if clients are to receive optimal treatment during the course of their endeavors.
