On request we will ascertain whether the company in question exists or existed in the TCI, whether it is in good standing, its Registered Office, whether it is in liquidation and all other standard information to be found on the public record.

COSTS

Finbar F. Dempsey & Company charge a flat fee of US$150.00 for carrying out a single company search and providing a written report.  Where an individual requests searches for three or more companies at one time a reduced rate of US$100.00 per company applies.

HOW TO PROCEED

• Contact us by email, phone (649-946-2245) or fax (649-946-2758) specifying the company name(s) and preferably Registered Number(s);
  
• Payment details will be provided by email or fax and the search(es) will be carried out;

• Upon receipt of payment a company search report will be provided.   

[For repeat customers the firm may be prepared to provide search results prior to payment.  However it is recommended that businesses who anticipate regular searches consider the option of providing the firm with a retainer of US$500.00 which guarantees 5 company searches.]
